    Please note: Cedar Key Haven will be unavailable (owner occupied) from November 15th through January 31st.

    2008 Rate Schedule

    • Weekly: $995
    • Nightly: $185

      (3 night minimum)

    Holiday rates

  • Refundable deposit: $200
  • Cleaning fee: $80 (required)

    Policies

    • For the comfort of all guests, there is no smoking permitted within the beach house.
    • We are 'pet-friendly.' (Dogs only) A $100 refundable pet deposit and $10/day per pet fee is required.
    • Well-behaved children are welcome. They must be supervised at all times.
    • No large groups.
    • We require a one week rental for February through May. However, if you're looking to arrive within two weeks, call us; we may have a last-minute cancellation.
    • Please be considerate of our neighbors' privacy.

    Payment Policies

    • A 50% deposit, which consists of half of your full rental fee (not including damage deposit or cleaning fee), is required at the time of reservation. This deposit must be received within 5 business days of the reservation. Upon receipt of your payment we will promptly send a receipt and welcome packet.
    • The remaining 50% of your full rental fee, plus $200 refundable damage deposit, and $80 cleaning fee must be paid within 60 days of the reservation.
    • If you'd like to reserve the beach house with an arrival date which is 60 days or less from the date of initial reservation, all monies are due at the time of reservation.
    • Personal or business checks are welcome. For reservations within two weeks of scheduled arrival, a cashier's check or money order is required. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards.
    • Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of late arrival or early departure.

    Recommendations

    • We strongly suggest that guests consider the option of trip insurance which will protect your vacation investment in the event of an unexpected emergency that makes you unable to follow through with your vacation. Some providers of trip insurance are:
